When we talk about FinTech we don't often think of transparency and collaboration. Yet, this is exactly what Quipo had in mind when they came to us with their ideas about disrupting the FinTech recruitment market.
The project
Quipo Network wanted to establish a professional community of peers who share information, stories and opportunities with each other. A collaborative approach to recruitment.
First phase
For phase 1 of the project, Quipo needed a multilingual responsive website where they could showcase their corporate identity. They also wanted to be able to write and share articles, jobs, and events.
For all of this content it was very important that all pages look great when links are shared on social media and that editors have all the tools they need to make their content viral. Quipo also wanted to start building their candidate base and share their news via a newsletter. AKM Services worked with Quipo's brand identity to design and build a site that does all these things and that is easily maintained by the client via a custom built CMS system.
Future
Next steps for this project will involve creating a secure part of the site that is only accessible for signed-up, vetted members of the community. This will include a set of collaboration and communication tools for which AKM created interactive prototypes that are currently being user tested.
AKM Services built a website for us so it would be easy to change its content that is at the core of our communication strategy. The administration tool is very intuitive, easy to navigate and enables our numerous contributors to manage the publication easily and with little handover. The design, building, testing and delivery was done on time if not earlier than scheduled and below the initial budget. Maybe as important is the great support we receive after the site was launched. At Quipo, we feel very lucky to work with AKM.
